- I went to Vegas this weekend and suspended my diet so I could actually enjoy myself while I was there. It's hard to go on a vacation and eat well and this trip followed that rule. I gained weight (as I expected), but I'm not concerned. I think I should probably see a nutritionist since I know I'm not eating the proper foods that give you important things such as vitamins and what not.

(gained 5 pounds)
My plan: 200 by the end of the year.
