I'm setting in motion some changes for my lackluster diet, which has been pretty crappy since the end of March. I'm doing a reformat for the diet blog and I'm actually going to try harder with sticking with eating healthy(ier). Here are few of the changes I'm thinking about making for the blog:
- Updates Monday morning instead of Sunday evening. You can get a more accurate weight by weighing yourself before you start your day and consume anything, so this seems like a logical change.
- The format will be badass and action packed with kick ass things like...umm...OK, I'm not sure...but...it will look different and I think It'll be more me like it was the first couple of weeks where I logged a lot of what I ate. I don't think I'll be as specific as I once was but I'll make it more useful for myself.
- I might add pictures of different stuff that are food related. Isn't that super awesome?

My weight after this week: 245
(gained 2 pounds)
I'm surprised I didn't gain 6-8 pounds after consuming pizza after pizza and sandwich after sandwich in Sea Ranch. It was all very fun though.
