Why you should watch it: A great portrait of the food industry in the United States, and it's lack of regulation. It's well made and backed up with a lot of facts and ideas on how to fix the problem.

The Rentals - Return of the Rentals



Why you should listen to it: It's bubblegum rock with meaning and purpose. While it won't go down as the best album of the century, it's definitely worth your time if you like power pop (Cheap Trick, The Cars, Weezer; The Rentals were a side project of Weezer's former bassist, Matt Sharp) or easy going rock.
